What you get
- A home loan that provides you up to 80% of the value of your new home
- Repayment amounts within your means - the loan granted will be based on repayments not exceeding 40% of your monthly income
- Up to 20 years to repay the loan
What it costs
- You will need to be able to afford a deposit of atleast 20% of the value of the property
- Competitive interest rates
How to get it
- Be 21 years or older;
- Be a Tanzanian citizen or permanent resident with an identity card
- Be able to afford a deposit of 20% of the value of the property
- Have a current account with Stanbic Bank to which you have proof of at least one months salary deposit and bank statements that date back for at least six months.
