You will need to be able to afford a deposit of atleast 20% of the value of the property

Be 21 years or older;
Be a Tanzanian citizen or permanent resident with an identity card
Be able to afford a deposit of 20% of the value of the property
Have a current account with Stanbic Bank to which you have proof of at least one months salary deposit and bank statements that date back for at least six months.
