1. One (1) passport size photo
2. Any of the three identification documents: National Identity card issued by a country other than the United Republic of Tanzania, Passport issued by a country other than the United Republic of Tanzania or Driving license
3. Student’s identification card and Passport issued by a country other than the United Republic of Tanzania
