The Stanbic Bank Fixed Term loan is a structured personal loan tailored to meet the needs of customers who require short- to medium-term financing for up to 24 months.  This type of loan is ideal if you want to finance the purchases or if you require credit over an extended period of time.  The loan can be used for any purpose and is repayable in fixed monthly installments.

• The loan amount you may qualify for  depends on your income and how much you can afford
• Loans may be granted for up to 30% of your net salary. The loan repayment term can be negotiated from 12 to 24 months, but interest will be charged on late payments
• Loan amount  is tied to acceptable monthly Installment To Income(ITI);
• The loan tenures are 12 and 24 calendar months;
• Repayment of Principal and Interest are amortized monthly.

Who can apply
You can apply for a Fixed Term loan provided you:

• Have been permanently employed for a period of not less than 12 months
• Earn a net monthly income of Tsh 150 000 or above.
• Are a Tanzanian citizen with permanent residency;
• Have an existing Stanbic Bank transactional account which has been open for at least 6 months and into which your monthly salary is deposited.
