 If you are a Limited Liability Company

• Certificate of Incorporation.
• Certified copy of Memorandum and articles of Association.
• Certificate of Registration (required for insurance companies/ societies).
• Certified copy of Business Licence.
• Certified copy of TIN number.
• Two referee who must have accounts with us or one referee and an introduction letter from registered Notary and advocates.
• Certified copy of the current Annual Return for existing company.
• Company resolution.
• 3 Recent clear passport photograph and IDs of each signatory to the account.

If you are a Sole proprietor and partnerships

• Certified business registration certificate.
• Three passport size photographs.
• Certified extract from the registrar of companies.
• Certified copy of TIN number.
• Two referee who must have  accounts with us or one referee who banks with us including 3 months current bank statements from previous banker.
• An introduction letter from registered Notary and advocates.
• Company resolution.
• IDs with photograph of each signatory to the account.
